We require an initial payment to enter into an attorney-client relationship with you and to begin working on your case. We can arrange to have you pay the remainder of the flat fee in installments, usually on a monthly basis. Our fee agreement describes your payment plan.
Autopay: Get set up for automatic payments by direct transfer from your bank account or by charging your credit card (Visa and Mastercard) when the fee is due. We will provide you with an authorization form to sign and return to us if you’re interested in this easy and secure way to pay.
Pay online: Click here to make fast, safe online payments using Stripe.
Pay by phone: Call our office during regular business hours to make your payment. For payments from your bank account, we need the name of your bank, the routing number, and the account number. For credit card payments, we need the type of card (Visa or Mastercard), account number, expiration date, and three-digit authorization code.
Pay by mail: You can send us cashier’s checks, money orders and personal checks. You will be charged a service fee for any bounced checks.
Thank you!
